The Vedica Scholars Programme for Women – Class of 2025 Convocation was more than a graduation ceremony. There was a palpable sense of momentum in the room - an acknowledgement of how far these women have come, and an unmistakable confidence in where they are headed next. 

Dr. Shamika Ravi, Guest of Honour for the Class of 2025 Convocation, delivered an address that resonated strongly with the audience. Speaking with clarity and conviction, she highlighted the vital role women play in shaping organisations and society at large. Her message was simple yet powerful: when women are empowered to lead and contribute meaningfully, institutions don’t just perform better - they grow stronger, more resilient, and more impactful.
