As we enter the third year of our partnership with Ashoka University, we remain committed to empowering students through a comprehensive career readiness program. This year, we are once again providing key interventions such as resume reviews, mock interviews, and one-on-one mentorship. In addition, each student will receive personalized and detailed feedback after their sessions, helping over 400 students strengthen their professional profiles and better prepare for the real-world job market.
But that’s not all - this year; we’re introducing AI-powered tools to take career readiness a step further. These tools are designed to provide students with deeper self-insights, enabling them to make smarter, more informed career decisions based on data-driven guidance.
What’s New This Year?
In addition to our tried-and-tested approach of providing personalized resume reviews and mock interviews, we are thrilled to incorporate AI-driven solutions that will help students assess their strengths, areas of improvement, and career fitment in a more data-driven way. These tools have been designed to guide students through the complexities of the job market, helping them align their career goals with their unique talents.
Persona360 – Psychometric Assessment
Persona360 is an advanced psychometric assessment tool that helps students better understand their personality traits, work preferences, and potential career paths. By evaluating various factors such as cognitive abilities, behavioral traits, and decision-making patterns, students can gain a deeper understanding of themselves, which is crucial when navigating the job market. Career Shaper – The CareerTrek Company x HCL
In collaboration with HCL, we are excited to introduce Career Shaper, an AI-driven tool designed to enhance students' career development. This tool offers personalized insights and recommendations based on students' career preferences, academic background, and market trends. With the guidance of Career Shaper, students can take actionable steps towards their ideal careers, armed with the knowledge of what skills and competencies are most in demand across industries.
