The CareerTrek Company Partners with Ashoka University to Enhance Career Readiness
In a significant collaboration aimed at bolstering career preparedness among students, The CareerTrek Company and Ashoka University have joined forces to launch the Campus to Corporate initiative. This pioneering program marks a pivotal step towards bridging the gap between academic learning and professional success for students at Ashoka University
The inaugural phase of this collaboration witnessed The CareerTreK Company extending its renowned offline placement assistance to over 200 students from Ashoka University. Termed Campus to Corporate, this initiative provided students with comprehensive support to navigate the transition from campus life to corporate environments effectively.
Central to the program were personalized resume feedback sessions, where students received detailed, written critiques of their resumes. These sessions were pivotal in guiding students on necessary adjustments to enhance their employability. Additionally, industry experts conducted five dedicated campus
visits to conduct mock interviews tailored to each student's career aspirations. Immediate post-interview feedback, both in person and through detailed reports, further enriched the learning experience for participants.
Building on the success of the initial collaboration, Ashoka University and The CareerTrek Company are set to embark on a new phase of the Campus to Corporate program. This next iteration will cater to a fresh cohort of approximately 400 students. The upcoming program will introduce enhancements such as resume feedback delivered via email and two rounds of mock interviews—one conducted online and the other on campus.
