The CareerTrek Company and Jio Institute of Management Partner to Enhance Student Skillsets

In a collaborative effort to empower students with practical skills and industry insights, The CareerTrek Company and Jio Institute of Management have renewed their partnership for the academic year 2024-25. Building upon their successful collaboration last year, the two institutions are set to offer a comprehensive series of workshops and mock interview sessions aimed at preparing students for the challenges of the professional world.


Last year, The CareerTrek Company and Jio Institute conducted a series of impactful workshops covering a range of crucial areas. These included a 24-hour intensive workshop on sales, business development, and product management, tailored to equip students with practical knowledge. Additionally, a 16-hour role-based workshop focused on disciplines such as product marketing, consulting, digital marketing, and general management was well-received. Complementing these, a 12-hour tools proficiency workshop provided essential skills in digital marketing tools.

Highlighting their commitment to holistic preparation, the partnership also organized mock interview sessions. Over 290 online mock interviews and approximately 50 offline sessions were conducted, offering students valuable firsthand experience and constructive feedback

This year's collaboration promises to raise the bar even higher. The program includes a robust 102-hour workshop series covering essential tools like Keagle, Python, SQL, Tableau, Advanced Excel, MongoDB, Figma, and Wix. These workshops aim to equip students with in-demand technical skills critical for today's workplace challenges.


Moreover, the mock interview component will scale up significantly, with a planned 500 sessions scheduled throughout the year. This includes 250 online sessions and 250 offline sessions, ensuring a comprehensive preparation experience for students across different learning environments.

They emphasized their joint commitment to bridging the gap between academic learning and industry requirements, preparing students to excel in their chosen careers.
