Over the course of their learning experience, The CareerTrek Campany partnered with Jio Institute to deliver a comprehensive suite of workshops, training sessions, and mock interviews, each carefully crafted to enhance critical skills such as problem-solving, role awareness, interview preparation, and more. The journey began with foundational Resume Workshops, where the graduates learned how to craft resumes that stand out in a competitive job market. This was followed by the Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving Workshops—conducted in three parts—focused on nurturing their ability to approach challenges with creative and strategic solutions. They also participated in Role Awareness Workshops to gain a deeper understanding of the various business roles and their significance in the ever-evolving corporate world.
The program continued with a series of Mock Interviews, including Technical and Behavioral & HR rounds, which simulated real interview experiences.
